Abstract

In 2013 universities in Wales became the first country in the UK to sign a unanimous declaration of intent to adopt open education. With support of the Jisc and Higher Education Academy the universities in Wales have developed an infrastructure to promote collaboration and awareness of open practice.

Wales will be hosting OER15, in collaboration with the Association for Learning Technology.
