Abstract

NUS student representatives Wendy Carr (Newcastle University) and Ollie Richardson (Leeds Metropolitan University) welcome delegates to OER14 and Newcastle upon Tyne. A doctoral student in Chemical Engineering Wendy is involved in many student led activities. She is engineering editor for the online magazine Experimentation and is the recipient of the Ashok Kumar Commemorative Fellowship 2014. Tim is dedicated to representing student views on issues including assessment and feedback, creating an alternative prospectus, online submissions and a variety of other projects.
