Registration

Main registration is now closed, however delegates may still register (booking form) at the rate of £180 per day or £300 for two days. Authors received an invitation to register in the email message with the outcome of the reviews (a URL to click which pre-filled personal details in the registration form). Payment may be made by Purchase Order/Invoice (please have a purchase order number, see our financial details below) and preferably the name/email of your finance administrator handy) or by Credit/Debit card.

If you are relying on a financial administrator to process the registration for you then they will need to know your preferences: 

  • Full conference registration (or which day/date)
  • Attendance at the Gala Dinner on the night of 28 April
  • Accommodation requirements (see Venue, Hotels and Travel
  • Whether a guest/accompanying person will be attending dinner (at a cost of £40) 

The organising committee agreed an early bird rate for registration of £230 per person for the two day conference, including the conference dinner. Late registration (from 1 March 2014) will be £260, with registration for either of the two days 28-29 April set at £150 per day. Rates for those registering at the conference are £180 per day or £300 for two days.
