Menus and gala dinner

Refreshment

Coffee, biscuits and fruit will be available on arrival and throughout the conference in the Mezzanine at designated coffee times and by reception/in the Biomedicine West building at other times (such as arrival).

Lunch

Lunches will be taken in the Mezzanine area. A selection of items including fish, gluten free and vegetarian will be put together by the venue. A sample menu can be reviewed at http://www.lifeconferencing.org.uk/conferencing/delegate-packages.html

Gala dinner

The gala dinner will be held in the Centre for Life, starting with a wine reception on the Mezzanine floor at 19:00 and adjourning to the Scotswood Suite at 19:45. We have opted for a simple menu (with a slight vegetarian/healthy focus) in order to leave a little room for the wine accompaniment. We hope that this meets with your approval. Please send any compliments or complaints to members of the organising committee who largely abdicated on helping with these decisions! (Thanks to Gill, Sarah and Simon).
