Before you submit your abstract please read the call for abstracts and the detailed guidance. An example of the full submission form is available. Each of the types of submission: short paper, lightning talk, workshop, poster and fringe offer a slightly different abstract structure. Abstract headings are listed in the fields for your convenience.
The submission is in two parts, firstly your personal details, and then details of your abstract. You may save both parts as draft, view them together, and continue to edit until you are ready to submit. Sections of the submission form with an asterisk must be completed. You must provide a current email address. Your social media affiliations are optional, but would be helpful, as we hope to link submissions to tweets and comments.
You will need to agree to the data protection and copyright statements to allow us to administer your submission. Multiple submissions are welcome – you can create a second abstract with the same first author.
Saving your ‘first author details’ as draft will generate a unique id (emailed to you from [email protected]), that you can use to return to your abstract dashboard at any time. If you forget your unique id you may generate a reminder using the email address previously saved. Clicking submit is final. You may draft and submit more than one abstract using the same author details.

This link has your unique abstract code and will give you access to all abstracts with the same email address.
